• Ensure that voter data is processed lawfully and on a valid legal basis.
• Have the consent of all email address users to receive voting messages.

5. Service Availability

We aim to ensure continuous operation of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability in all cases. Planned or unplanned maintenance activities may occur. The Service can be used forever for free with certain conditions (according to the free pricing plan).

The service provider is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Service.
